GUARANTEE All items sold are guaranteed to be as described and illustrated. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. No questions asked! Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

RETURNS Internet and catalog orders must be returned through the mail and cannot be returned to the retail store. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If for any reason you are simply not satisfied with any item purchased, call or email within 5 business days of the receipt of goods to obtain a return authorization. All claims of defects or shortages must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Returned, refused, and cancelled orders that have not been authorized will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Authorized returns will be credited to your PayPal account. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
